Hello, my name is Daria, I am the founder and the driving force of our team!
Events have been my life for over 8 years now as we have started by bringing the world of Ballroom Dancing and Debutante Balls to Switzerland. In 2020 I have switched completely to private events and eventually to Destination Weddings in Switzerland and France, they have become the major part of our clientele.
We have successfully planned, designed and coordinated over 50 different private events for our clients in the past 3 years. Gained recognition and appreciation with major wedding industry players in USA and Europe such as Style Me Pretty, Weddings&Honeymoons, French Wedding Style, Rock My Wedding and Condé Nast Group Magazines. And what’s outstandingly precious - became recommended Wedding Planner by Swiss Tourism and our wonderful partners and vendors.

We offer Full Wedding Planning services for our couples in Switzerland and France, as well as Day or rather Month of Coordination.

There are 4 important points to decide on as a start to your wedding planning:
1) Date
2) Venue (Country, Region, exact place?)
3) How many guests you plan on average?
4) What is you maximum budget? The sum above which you cannot/wouldn’t go! (Then add 10% to it and that’s most likely will be your realistic budget)

We are based in French part of Switzerland, but we cover any part of Switzerland and also work in France (more specifically Provence, Bordeaux, Champagne, Rhone-Alpes, Lyon)
The earlier - the better, as we have a higher chance to book the venue and other vendors that YOU want choose, but not from what/who is available. We would prefer to have about a year-year and a half for preparation, but our record was full wedding planning in 1 month!
We never say no if you bring your vendor, but we prefer to participate in common meetings and also have an understanding of professionalism and quality of job they do. Our goal is to keep your event up to highest standards. But we are always ready to suggest our in-house services of decoration and florals, or vendors from our list of trusted and tested suppliers according to your wishes and budget.
As of 2024 our packages have fixed pricing depending on number of people and type of the event, which helps us to provide transparency and specific numbers for our clients’ budgets.
In case our clients choose Full Planning Package - we are taking all contractual tasks under our watch. On google drive or other platform we create a folder where we keep all our documents related to wedding planning including but not limited by general budget, decoration budget, guest list & seating plan, all signed contracts with other vendors, list of tasks and deadlines.
For couples from abroad with an additional agreement we take on the function of distributing the payments to local vendors so they avoid multiple bank commissions.
