Menu leads the night!

▶️ Having a menu on your celebration (when I say this I mean in some sort of printed version) is in my opinion one of the best things you can provide your guests with in terms of stationery accessories. Here is why:

1️⃣ This is a great way to create additional decorative elements that become a part of the whole design concept together with other stationery elements, can add more color or even help to break up a big color block in your design. More than that - menus can be done in such a creative way that it gets second purpose, for ex. - becomes a fan on a hot day, it helps if it’s already executed in the right shape 😉

2️⃣ It is indeed convenient for people to see what they are going to eat and in case there is some problem (someone forgot to tell about their allergies or dietary restrictions) - having to check the menu in the beginning of the evening can help to solve this quickly

3️⃣ Many people also include their wine pairing or wine selection in the menu, which is also a great way to emphasize your very careful choice of food and beverages for your event, especially for wine lovers

4️⃣ Also, in my opinion it is very convenient when everyone has their own private menu in front of them. I have been to weddings where menu was small and placed in the middle of the table, not to mention it was always falling from its plexiglass stand, as it was some bad fixation, it was also printed just one side so that people in front couldn’t read and there were not enough of them to provide to every couple of guests. So either be thoughtful about this or trust this to your designer/planner 🤷‍♀️

5️⃣ Another small accessory which I recommend to have — is a small card that says if you have a special meal: vegetarian, lactose free, gluten free, etc. Or it can be a small sticker of a specific color on your name card (that is agreed by the coordination team and the kitchen), this would really help the waiters when they are serving your guests.
